Excel was initially approached to supply two linked jackleg cabins; however, following several design proposals, the client ultimately selected a purpose-built modular complex for their new offices in Darlington.
The final layout was carefully shaped to suit the surrounding landscape, resulting in a practical and well-integrated five-bay modular building. The facility is fully equipped with climate-controlled heating throughout, ensuring a comfortable working environment and supporting staff wellbeing year-round. The building was installed on time and within the clients budget.
Groundworks, access steps and final surfacing around the building was completed by the client.
