STEPS TO ENSURING A QUICK AND EASY REMOVAL PROCESS:

  • Contact Excel with your building details (photos, plan layouts etc.,)
  • If the building is of interest we will then arrange a site inspection
  • An offer will be forwarded and if acceptable, payment will be sent prior to removal
  • A Programme will be confirmed
  • Health & Safety (Method Statement & Risk Assemment) will be forward prior to removal.
  • Client to ensure all services (Electric, water, Fire Alarm etc.) are disconnected
  • Our experienced removal team will arrive on site to commence the dismantle procedure (Modular)
  • Craneage & Transport (arranged by Excel) will arrive to safely remove the building(s) from site
