A site visit was conducted to assess the organization’s requirements and the proposed location. Once the building size and layout were determined, the organization successfully raised the necessary funding. Excel’s design team submitted a successful planning application.

In June 2019, a brand new plastisol cabin, measuring 32′ x 10′ (9.6m x 3m), was delivered and installed. It was lifted into position using a Hiab articulated vehicle (lorry with an on board crane) and placed onto concrete pavers. The building was located adjacent to the main brick building, the new cabin will provide additional teaching space for the center.
