We were successful in our tender bid to supply a single modular classroom to the small village of Beeford in East Riding of Yorkshire.

Factory manufactured and fitted out to the highest standards, the modular building was finished with dark green plastisol steel cladding, to co-ordinate with the existing school buildings.  The building’s cladding provides a durable, low-maintenance and vandal-resistant option – a cost effective and flexible solution. Internally the classroom was fitted with LST Radiators, suspended ceiling, 3 compartment trunking, fire retardent vertical blinds and carpet tiles as per the tender documents. JP Developers laid the foundations and undertook groundworks while the building took shape in the factory, ensuring a smooth workflow.
