The client contacted Excel Modular in the middle of July looking for a training room for their site south of the River Humber. Their requirement was to hire the building for 18 months with an option to purchase. A site visit was conducted and an order placed promptly. The building was delivered and installed (included Jackpad foundation supports) within 2 weeks! Client was reponsible for installing access steps and ramps (completed at a later date).
The clients brief –
Training room for 8-10 stundents plus small office and area with a tea point so students can make drinks
