Here at Excel we take Health & Safety very seriously and we will install all modular and portable buildings in accordance with all the health & safety requirements. We ensure that all our installation/site teams are qualified with CSCS accreditation and our supervisors are NEBOSH or SMSTS certified.

Each project we undertake will have the following documents prepared when installation is required on site:

  1. Method statement – clear and informative details of the method of installation.
  2. Risk assessment, outlining any risks identified with the project.
  3. Crane lifting assessment (if necessary)
  4. Programme of works
  5. Contact details of all personal involved in the operation.
