Excel was contacted by our client, who was keen on a Two-Story Modular Building we had for sale from our pre-used stock list. However, the building’s existing external finish did not blend in with its surroundings—this was no problem. We removed the existing metro tile, replaced the cladding, and added new windows to the front elevation.
