Excel was contacted by our client as they were keen on a Two Storey Modular Building we had for sale from our pre-used stock list. However, the existing external finish of the building did not blend in with the existing surroundings – this was no problem, we removed the existing metro tile and replaced the cladding and added New windows to the front elevation.
