The client contacted Excel Modular in mid-July, looking for a training room for their site south of the River Humber. Their requirement was to hire the building for 18 months with an option to purchase.
The client contacted Excel Modular in May after being let down by another modular building company and were desperate to have the buildings manufactured and installed for the beginning of July.
A site visit was conducted which allowed us to assess the clients requirements and understand any onsite constriants. Whilst on site they also asked us to evaluate the removal of two unused buildings.
Our clients had recently moved into their new warehouse facility and required some office and canteen accommodation as there were no facilities on site.
